The Donovan is a 1,990 square foot ranch house consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full-baths. It is an open floor plan with the dining room and part of the kitchen opening up to the great room. Also, this open floor plan includes a split bedroom layout with the master bedroom being on the opposite end of the other two bedrooms.
